Jean McNabb underwent a spiritual awakening at
the age of 44 and was guided to move to southern
California where she received training as a Raw
Food Chef. She was employed by a world-renowned
hospital in Rosarito, Mexico, where she taught
several nutrition and food preparation classes each
week. Eventually, she was guided to write a book,
One Again. It is the inspirational story of abuse,
molestation, childhood gang-rape and decades of
self-destruction followed by the miracle of
forgiveness, which ended her suffering.
